Job description


 As Business Development executive, you’ll be the initial point of contact for all our client relationships within our performance based client roster. You’ll work with clients to understand their business needs and pain points and mentor team members in development multi-channel solutions. You have impeccable relationship skills, can navigate the politics of large organizations, and can partner with executives, marketing and product teams to overcome any client obstacle. e are looking for someone who can lead by example, is hands on, driven, nimble and most of all has agency experience within a solutions driven environment.



  • Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree in Business, Marketing.
  • Media or advertisement related sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with clientele and present information to small groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with digital media channels and lead generation tactics
  • Deep analytical skills and experience media planning, optimizing and increasing profitability
  • Ability to lead a team of people. Inspire, mentor and grow talent.
  • Adaptable to constant change and evolution with both the industry and client needs.
  • Financial understanding of budgets, channel management and goal achievement



  • Communicate with strategic client contacts on a regular basis to discuss campaign health, opportunities and next steps.
  • Expand existing client relationships while maximizing profit margins.
  • Establish a friendly relationship with key client contacts that goes beyond business and forms a bond that is personal.
  • Direct writing of creative briefs and proposals managed by the client services team members.
  • Partner with internal counterparts to maximize opportunities and growth potential.
  • Ensure smooth and seamless client onboarding and relationship building.
  • Complete payment collection and other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.
